Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Mime's ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. After completing a purchase, the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We will only accept returns within 7 days from the purchased date. There is a 25% re-stock fee as well as all return UPS fees. No refund will be issued until product is returned. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your account minus re-stock fee and UPS return fees. Confirm with the church/reception hall to ensure Sparklers are permitted.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed. Mime's reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order we will gladly accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of receipt, with the following exceptions and conditions:

We cannot accept returns on: candy, personalized products or custom orders.

If a product gets damaged en route, we request that you hold onto the product and call us at 718 853-2891 immediately. In order to receive a credit or replacement, we will need pictures and return of the product. Please indicate and include in the package: the product name, item number and reason for your return. Please note, original order shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Mime's Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. For your convenience, online purchases may be returned in person for immediate credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping. We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to receive and process your return. Please note that Mime's Shop does not offer exchanges.

There is a 25% re-stock fee as well as all return shipping fees. No refund will be issued until product is returned. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your account minus re-stock fee and any return fees.
